#147 Time
"For at least 4,000 years, we human beings have found ways to measure, to mark and to keep track of time. Now, for most of us, this is a quantitative task. But, that's not the only way to understand time. The ancient Greeks had another way of talking about time, and it's captured in the word: Kairos. Kairos isn't measured in minutes, it's measured in moments. It's not concerned with data, but depth. If most of us keep time with a watch, Kairos time is kept with a journal or a photo album. Kairos isn't about quantity of time, but quality of life."
